‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch Assigns Lahaina Noon Dates, Places, Times

Summary: ‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch assigns Lahaina Noon dates, places, times at 8 ambiances that attest to no-shadow zenith-Sun days in the Hawaiian archipelago.

"God talks to human beings through many vectors: through each other, through organized religion, through the great books of those religions, through wise people, through art and music and literature and poetry, but nowhere with such detail and grace and color and joy as through creation. When we destroy a species, when we destroy a special place, we're diminishing our capacity to sense the divine, understand who God is and what our own potential is." Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., April 19, 2023, Boston Park Plaza Hotel, Back Bay, Boston, Massachusetts.

“And there’s many people out there who want us to move to the next planet already and I’m like, hang on, let’s not give up on this planet yet," William, Prince of Wales, July 31, 2023, Sorted Food food truck, London, England, United Kingdom.

'Imiloa Astronomy Center's Sky Watch for July 2024 notes Lahaina Noon as one of the month's featured astronomical events; Lahaina noon references the solar passage at solar noon through the center of the sky; Lahaina noon's solar position exactly overhead occasions the lack of shadows for such smooth-sided, vertical objects as flagpoles and utility poles: Imiloa Astronomy Center, via Facebook July 3, 2024

‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch assigns Lahaina Noon dates, places, times at 8 ambiances that attest to no-shadow zenith-Sun days in the Hawaiian archipelago, where shadows momentarily absent themselves from anything smooth-sided.
Only Hawaii and everywhere between latitudes 23.436806 North and -23.436806 South boast twice yearly the zenith (from Arabic سَمْتُ الرَّأْس, "direction of the head") sun overhead. Hawaiian calls that overhead sun kau ka la i ka lolo ("the sun rests on the brains") anciently and, since 1990, Lahaina Noon (lāhainā, "cruel sun"). The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum of Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii determines biannual Lahaina Noon dates in Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (HAST, 10 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time, UTC).
Lihue, Kauai (Līhuʻe, “cold chill”; Kaua’i, “to place out to dry?”) emerges as first Lahaina Noon Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 12:43 p.m. HAST (22:43 UTC).

Haleiwa, Oahu (hale ‘iwa, “house frigate-bird’s”; o’ahu, “gathering-place”; ha wai ‘i, “breath life-force supreme”) features Lahaina Noon Monday, July 15, at 12:37 p.m. HAST (22:37 UTC).
Kaneohe, Oahu (from Hawaiian kāne ‘ohe, “male bamboo [thin]”; o’ahu, “gathering place”) momentarily guards Lahaina Noon Tuesday, July 13, 2024, at 12:37 p.m. HAST (22:37 UTC). Honolulu, Oahu island, Hawaii state (from Hawaiian hono lulu, “bay sheltered”) momentarily houses its Lahaina Noon Monday, July 15, 2024, at 12:37 p.m. HAST (22:37 UTC). Lahaina Noon involves Kaunakakai, Molokai island (from Hawaiian kauna kahakai, “landing beach”; moloka’i, “sweet potato [variety]”) Tuesday, July 16, at 12:34 p.m. HAST (22:34 p.m. UTC).
Twelve-thirty-two HAST (22:32 UTC) next afternoon Kahului, Maui (ka hului, “the winning”; maui, “left-side”) joins Lahaina Noon dates, places, times on ‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch.

Lahaina, Maui and Lāna’i City, Lāna’i (from Hawaiian lā na’i, “day conquest”) know that same Lahaina Noon Wednesday, July 27, at 12:33 p.m. HAST (22:33 UTC).
Lahaina Noon logs momentarily locating over Hana, Maui island, Hawaii state (from Hawaiian hāna, “alert, bay”) Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. HAST (22:30 UTC). Waimea, Hawaii County and island, Hawaii state (wai mea, “water reddish”) manifests Lahaina Noon Monday, July 22, 2024, at 12:29 p.m. HAST (22:29 UTC). Hilo, Hawaii island (from Hawaiian hilo, “threadlike, thread”) niches, perhaps in overcast, rainy skies, its Lahaina Noon Tuesday, July 23, at 12:26 p.m. HAST (22:26 UTC).
‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch offers Kailua-Kona, Hawaii island (from kailua kona, “two-seas leeward”) next-day Lahaina Noon dates, places, times at 12:30 p.m. HAST (22:30 UTC).

South Point, Hawaii County and island presents itself as last place, Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 12:29 p.m. HAST (22:29 UTC), to perceive Lahaina Noon 2024.
The sun world-uniquely directly over the 50th Unitedstatesian state queues the Hawaiian phrase Lahaina Noon for coastal northwest Maui island’s annually droughty, dry-weather May and July. Haleiwa, Lihue; Hana, Honolulu, Kahului, Kailua-Kona, Lahaina, Lanai, South Point, Waimea; Hilo, Kaneohe respectively reap cloudy, mixed cloudy and sunny, mixed cloudy and rainy Lahaina-Noon days. The months November through March serve as the Hawaiian archipelago’s wet seasons, whereby northeastern, windward island sides likelier score localized, short-lasting showers pre-, intra-, post-rainy seasons.
Nevertheless, Kaunakakai, Molokai island alone among Lahaina Noon dates, places, times for ‘Imiloa July 2024 Sky Watch teamed no-shadow, zenith-sun treats with cloud-free, rain-free, sunny viewing.
