Plant Appraisal Data Collection Allies Off-Site and On-Site Research

Summary: Woody plant appraisal data collection for shrubs, trees and vines assembles condition ratings and highest and best use from off-site and on-site research.

A plant appraisal fathoms useful lifespans to facilitate assessing long-term potential and constructs an overall condition rating from the combined assessments of the plant's health, structure and form; deathly declines confront 20-year-old purple-leaf plum trees (Prunus cerasifera); Prunus cerasifera, Théâtre de Verdure de Namur (Namur Open-Air Theater), Avenue Marie d'Artois, Wallonia, south central Belgium, 2007: Jean-Pol Grandmont, CC BY 3.0, via Wikimedia Commons

The article Plant Appraisal Data Collection (Part Two) in Arborist News June 2019 assumes specialized acquaintances, during off-site and on-site research, with variable plants affected by more categorizable equipment, houses, lands, structures.
The Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers broaches plant appraisal as sometimes bearing real estate values aesthetic, ecological, environmental, psychological, social benefits in fruit-producing, wildlife-friendly habitats. Plant appraisal data collection during off-site and on-site research considers as ideal circumstances maximum benefits, maximum utility and minimum liabilities conducive to plant and site selection. Plant and site disparities drive real estate market values downward for large-sized, superadequate trees whose height and spread environmental conditions, restricted space and routine pruning determine.
Elucidating woody plant benefits and liabilities expedites management decisions since plant appraisal data collection generally equates increased tree benefits and liabilities with increased tree canopy sizes.

Fathoming useful lifespans, frequently fuller in natural than planted settings, facilitates plant appraisal of long-term potential, such that 20-year-old purple-leaf plums (Prunus cerasifera) face deathly declines.
Estimated costs of replacing or reproducing benefits and utility versus transactional data of market values respectively guides personal property and real estate appraisals versus plant appraisal. Plant appraisal harvests plant size from crown measurements two-dimensionally of average height by average width or average east-west or north-south width and three-dimensionally of upper-part shapes. Professional judgment indicates, for example, whether plant placement impairs or inspires focal, panoramic, screening, shading plant functions in biowalls, green roofs, rain gardens and vertical gardens.
Plant appraisal data collection joins general form, health and structure into woody-plant condition judged qualitatively excellent to dead, numerically zero upward and, like depreciation ratings, percentage-wise.

Plant appraisal data collection necessarily keeps to the most consistent, most verifiable methods that kindle condition ratings, development- and species-specific, at any time throughout the year.
Plant appraisal links plant health to visual assessments of branch or twig dieback; leaf color, density and size; pests; twig growth rate; vigor; and wound closure. It mandates age-, site-, species-reduced plant health ratings down to poor or very poor for 50 percent or more in lost branches, roots or trunk-circumference bark. It nets plant structure by noting visually crown, root or trunk decay, defect, dieback or response growth to injury; lightning protection; pruning systems; and structural supports.
Plant appraisal data collection obtains plant form from aesthetic, functional dominant, co-dominant, intermediate, suppressed crown shapes and columnar, irregular, oval, pyramidal, rounded, suppressed, vase-like, weeping silhouettes.

Plant appraisal produces credible, thoughtful overall condition ratings from numerical, qualitative, percentagized professional judgments or lowest individual ratings, or weighted averages of form, health and structure.
Plant appraisal queues up proportional benefit loss from qualitative and quantitative assessments of physical damage, whose extent proportionally quickens adverse effects upon plant health and structure. It requires on-site and sometimes off-site plant appraisal data collection, with cost information that regards landscape plant purchase and installation as the latter's most common example. Searching commercial, industrial, residential, rural neighborhood stability, suggested by low owner turnovers and more renovations than structural demolitions, supplies highest and best use (HBU) of property.
Off-site and on-site research during plant appraisal data collection turns age, crown area, damage, form, function, health, placement and structure and HBU into overall condition ratings.

Plant appraisals consider a plant's habit, which is its shape or silhouette, in form assessments; a form that diverges from the species' classic, natural norm may, nevertheless, have significant aesthetic appeal; Cupressus macrocarpa trees display the aesthetic appeal of their wind-blown habits, Pescadero Point, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Central Coast, California; June 1, 2008: CC BY SA 2.0, via Wikimedia Commons

Elementary's Command: Delete Perhaps Affects Even Brooklyn Bridge Park

Summary: Are self-absorbed agendas that perhaps affect low-crime Brooklyn Bridge Park apt to avert crimes on Elementary's Command: Delete June 27, 2019?

Sensitivities to drought and frost explain the common name of sensitive fern for eastern North American native plant Onoclea sensibilis: Brooklyn Bridge Park @brooklynbridgepark via Facebook July 3, 2014

Attempts to anticipate and avert crimes perhaps affect low-crime areas such as Brooklyn Bridge Park and, on Elementary procedural drama television series episode Command: Delete June 27, 2019, arise from self-absorbed agendas.
Director Craig Zisk and writer Jordan Rosenberg broach predictive crime-busting in which an email, search and social media company billionaire believes in Season 7's sixth episode. The series' 147th episode overall convokes predictive crime-busting in the 2002-circulated film Minority Report, from Philip Dick's (Dec. 16, 1928-March 2, 1982) story The Minority Report. Odin Reichenbach (James Frain) deals dishonestly with Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) in episode five, Into the Woods, June 20, 2019.
Reichenbach employs Holmes and Watson to expose non-existent extortionists of his 16-year-old niece Abigail even though such employment entails "Everything. Whether it was legal or not."

Reichenbach employee Patrick Meers (Mac Brandt) foils the second-episode Bridgeport ferry explosion in Gutshot, May 30, 2019, but fells 11th Precinct Captain Tommy Gregson (Aidan Quinn).
Perhaps Reichenbach-guided Command: Delete gauges gather criminal intentions and perpetrators from high-crime areas and generate crimes and criminals in low-crime areas, such as Brooklyn Bridge Park. No Command: Delete hacks through Brooklyn Bridge Park bamboos, ferns, grasses, rushes and sedges to harm Watson if she heads out on daily, morning, stress-relieving jogs. No Command: Delete intelligence inhibits Watson's itineraries near inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding Bebb's (Carex bebbii), fox (C. vulpinoidea), Gray's (C. grayi) and Pennsylvania (C. pensylvanica) sedges.
Watson perhaps jogs near Brooklyn Bridge Park inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding sallow (Carex lurida), smooth-stalked (C. laevigata), soft-stem bulrush (Scirpus validus) and Texas (Carex texensis) sedges.

No Command: Delete knowledge keeps Watson from kneeling to knot jogging laces near tussock (Carex stricta) sedges and Walter's sedge cultivated varieties (C. striata var. brevis).
Perhaps Watson lingers around such Brooklyn Bridge Park non-flowering green perennials as cinnamon (Osmunda cinnamomea), interrupted (O. claytoniana), ostrich (Matteuccia struthiopteris) and sensitive (Onoclea sensibilis) ferns. No Command: Delete mode momentarily moves against Brooklyn Bridge Park as Watson meanders among inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding common (Juncus effusus) and horsetail (Equisetum hyemale) rushes. Brooklyn Bridge Park needs nothing now to nullify any nefarious and, as of episode six, non-existent Command: Delete notices against Watson as she navigates around grasses.
No Reichenbach-organized Command: Delete order yet obstructs Watson observing inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding little bluestem (Schizachyrium scoparium) and maiden silver grass cultivated varieties (Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus').

No Command: Delete prescriptions and proscriptions presently prevent Watson's perceiving inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding prairie (Spartina pectinata) and smooth (S. alternifolia) cordgrasses in Brooklyn Bridge Park.
No Command: Delete queue quibbles yet with Watson's jogging quests for inconspicuously flowering, fruiting, seeding salt (Distichlis spicata), sweet (Hierochloe odorata) and switch (Panicum virgatum) grasses. No Command: Delete restricts Watson's running around tall cottongrasses (Eriophorum angustifolium) and wool grasses (Scirpus cyperinus) or dwarf fern-leaf (Pleioblastus distichus) and yellow (Phyllostachys aureosulcata) bamboos. Season 4's 24th episode, A Difference in Kind, May 8, 2016, safeguards Holmes and Watson with Morland Holmes (John Noble) heading Jamie Moriarty's (Natalie Dormer) organization.
Morland tells his son, "How else would I dismantle it?," a thought that perhaps tempts Reichenbach toward Command: Delete terminations of the Holmes and Watson team.

The 2019 Luxembourg Peace Prize includes "la silla por la paz" (chair for peace), a three-legged chair statuette designed by Duván López, artist from Quindío department, western central Colombia who now lives in Besalú, Gironès province, northeast of Catalonia's capital city, Barcelona: Thich Nhat Hanh @thichnhathanh via Facebook June 16, 2019

Indra's net of interactive, interconnected Interbeing addresses in Ajanta cave 16 wall paintings and sculptures and affirms in La Boi Publishing House the Outstanding Inner Peace award accorded to Thich Nhat Hanh.
The Schengen Peace Foundation and the World Peace Forum, for eight years now, bundle into 12 categories outstanding peace awards for annual ceremonies based in Luxembourg. Luxembourg Peace Prize ceremonies in the European Parliament's Robert Schuman Building celebrate peace activism, art, education, efforts, environmentalism, health, journalism, organization, process, support, technology and youth. Eighth annual Luxembourg Peace Prize deliveries June 14, 2019, double with the 34th anniversary of the Schengen Agreement by Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands and West Germany.
The Schengen Agreement eliminates border checks at common borders and internal border controls and establishes common visa policies for 400 million Europeans in 26 member states.

Indra, Iranian deity with northwest Indian followers by 1700 BCE, flung an infinitely bejeweled, connected, faceted net around our world's house-like corner-posts, doors, roof and walls.
Thich Nhat Hanh generalizes for the journal Resurgence, "In Indra's net, the one is present in the all, and the all is present in the one." The 1,500-plus-year-old Ajanta cave 16 wall paintings and sculptures in Maharashtra state, India, harbor activist, artistic, educational, environmental, inner, journalistic, organized, supportive, technological peace and vice-versa. A pillared façade, two stone elephants, two windows and three doors introduce the fifth-century, single-story 63.98- by 73.82- by 15.09-foot (19.5- by 22.5- by 4.6-meter) cave.
Buddhist, perhaps Hindu, perhaps Jain artisans journeyed to Ajanta (from Sanskrit अजित, "invincible") between the third and first centuries BCE and the fifth and eighth centuries.

Common-era vihara (from Sanskrit विहार, "walking [hall]") 16 knows first- and second-phase chaitya-like (from Sanskrit चैत्य, "memorial monument") assembly, main, prayer halls with 63.98-foot (19.5-meter) walls.
Ajanta cave 16 lodges chaitya-like pradakshina (from Sanskrit प्रदक्षिण, "to the right turning") aisles and corridors, between pillars and wall paintings and sculptures, to rear-wall shrines. It manifests a chaitya-like, common-era, 1,500-plus-year-old, second-phase, 63.98- by 9.84-foot (19.5- by 3-meter) veranda and chaitya-like, 1,500-plus-year-old, second-phase cave ceiling, pillar and walling paintings and sculptures. It nets painted, sculpted jataka (from Sanskrit जातक, "born under") biographical tales of Siddhartha Gautama (624?-544 BCE?, from Sanskrit सिद्धार्थ, "successful" and गोतम, "brightness dispels] darkness").
Ajanta cave 16 wall paintings and sculptures observe Gautama Buddha's (from Sanskrit बुद्ध, "awakened") 549 bodhisattva (from Sanskrit बोधिसत्त्व, "enlightened existence") reincarnations and 550th as Siddhartha.

Ajanta cave 16 presents the sage Asita predicting newborn Siddhartha's Buddhahood and 35-year-old Siddhartha enlightened after Neranjara River area wealthy landowner's daughter Sujata prepares milk rice.
Siddhartha converting merchants Bhalluka and Tapussu, half-brother Nanda and, with airy, fiery, watery miracles, Sravasti townspeople qualify as quintessential Ajanta cave 16 wall paintings and sculptures. Ajanta cave 16 reveals Gautama Buddha as self-sacrificing elephant Hasti and virtuous Amara's wise husband Mahosadha and as Siddhartha teaching continuous energy flow and sitting meditations. Varahadeva, minister to Satavahana Dynasty Emperor Harishena (died 477?), sponsored Ajanta cave 16 that all "enter that peaceful and noble state free from sorrow and disease."
Indra's net of interactive, interconnected Interbeing ties Outstanding Inner Peace in Ajanta cave 16 to, since 1964, La Boi of founder Thich Nhat Hanh and vice-versa.
