Charlie Foxtrot Applies to Magnum PI and to Hawaiian Home Lands

Summary: Charlie Foxtrot applies to mid-season 5 finale episode 9, without summer rerun, on action drama television series Magnum PI and to Hawaiian Home Lands.

"God talks to human beings through many vectors: through each other, through organized religion, through the great books of those religions, through wise people, through art and music and literature and poetry, but nowhere with such detail and grace and color and joy as through creation. When we destroy a species, when we destroy a special place, we're diminishing our capacity to sense the divine, understand who God is and what our own potential is." Robert Francis Kennedy Jr., April 19, 2023, Boston Park Plaza Hotel, Back Bay, Boston, Massachusetts.

“And there’s many people out there who want us to move to the next planet already and I’m like, hang on, let’s not give up on this planet yet," William, Prince of Wales, July 31, 2023, Sorted Food food truck, London, England, United Kingdom.

Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole (Jonah Kūhiō Kalanianaʻole, March 26, 1872-Jan. 7, 1922) abided in the Kingdom of Hawaii (1795-Jan. 17, 1893) as royal heir. Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole abided in the Republic of Hawaii (July 4, 1894-Aug. 12, 1898) as Unitedstatesian prisoner after the Wilcox rebellion (Jan. 6-9, 1895). He abided in the Territory of Hawaii (April 30, 1900-Aug. 21, 1959) as Republican Party delegate-elect, albeit non-voting, to the United States Congress (March 4, 1903-Jan. 7, 1922). Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole accepted the Hawaiian Home Lands concept as consistent with his conclusion that "After extensive investigation and survey on the part of various organizations organized for the purpose of rehabilitating the race, it was found that the only method in which to rehabilitate the [Hawaiian] race was to place them back upon the soil" (McGregor: page 2); Saturday, July 30, 2016, 14:07, image of Statue of Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole, located on makai (ocean) side of Kalākaua Avenue, fronting Kuhio Beach (Kuhio Beach Park formerly sited Pualeilani "Wreath of Heaven," Prince Kuhio’s home), created by Hilo-born and Hawaiian Homes Land-raised artist Sean K.L. Browne, with dedication ceremony conducted Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, by Honolulu Mayor (1994-2004) Jeremy Harris (born Dec. 7, 1950): Daniel Ramirez from Honolulu, USA, CC BY 2.0 Generic, via Wikimedia Commons

Charlie Foxtrot, military appellation for chaos, applies anthropogenically to mid-season 5 finale episode 9 April 23, 2023, without summer rerun, on action drama television series Magnum PI and to Hawaiian Home Lands.
The 86th Magnum episode overall, as the 10th Magnum episode on NBC television season 2022-2023, bruits chaotic behavior that becomes bad for Robin Masters’ Robin’s Nest. Chaotic conduct since the overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom Jan. 17, 1893, conduces to chaotic complications contrary to a simple truth communicated by Dr. Haunani-Kay Trask. Native Hawaiian activist, author, educator and poet Dr. Haunani-Kay Trask (Oct. 3, 1949-July 3, 2021) described the diffused dilemma in her two-editioned From a Native Daughter.
The 1993 edition and the 1999 revision on Colonialism and Sovereignty in Hawaii equate Hawaiian (from ha wai ‘i, “breath life-force supreme”) culture, history, land, people.

Activist, author, educator, poet Dr. Haunani-Kay Trask (Oct. 3, 1949-July 3, 2021) accords with ancient Hawaiian associations of a native people with that native population's culture, history and land and vice versa. She acknowledges traditional Hawaiian associations of a native people with that native population's culture, history and land and vice versa. She admits Hawaiian Home Lands without the delays for and discrepancies against Native Hawaiians. For example, the article A Haole Guide to Hawaiian Taxonomy by Liz Prato for the Baltimore Review online site spring 2017 advises her readers of such a "gigantic loophole" as government leasing "unused" Home Lands to "a non-Hawaiian couple with a five-thousand acre ranch on Maui, a mainland developer building a 1.4 million square foot mall on West O‘ahu, and -- wait for the gag reflex -- a Target on the Big Island.": dignidadrebelde, CC BY 2.0 Generic, via Flickr

The ancient Hawaiians fashioned their inhabited islands in such a way that no Native Hawaiian, no resident haole (from Hawaiian haole, “foreigner”) faced land- and shelter-lessness.
Ford Island (for Seth Porter Ford, Oct. 12, 1817-Nov. 19, 1866) guards the moniker Marin’s Island (for Francisco de Paula Marín, Nov. 25, 1774-Oct. 30, 1837). Each island had its land housing its chiefly and its commoner huts between mauka and makai (from Hawaiian ma uka, “toward inland”; ma kai, “toward sea”). Each inhabitation, from coast inland- and mountain-ward, interior and mountain coast-ward, inspired individual plots intending clothing, equipment and food sufficiency and interwoven with freshwater- and saltwater-fishponding.
Political and socio-economic journeys, as chaotic a Charlie Foxtrot as on Magnum P, jeopardize the judicious juncturing, the judicious juxtaposing Native Hawaiian culture, history, land, people.

The Hawaiian Home Lands Commission Act July 9, 1921, affirms in writing the ancient and traditional association of a people with their culture, history and land. It nevertheless affords no clear definition of Native Hawaiian apart an affirmation of 50, 50-plus percent Hawaiian blood; Saturday, Jan. 2, 2005, 1:24, image of Native Hawaiians performing a Hula kahiko at the pa hula in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, southeastern Hawai'i (Big Island): Ron Ardis, CC BY SA 2.0 Generic, via Wikimedia Commons

Kneading Hawaiian islands into the Republic of Hawaii (July 4, 1894-Aug. 12, 1898), then the Territory of Hawaii (April 30, 1900-Aug. 21, 1959) kindled Hawaiian homelands.
The Hawaiian Homes Commission Act July 9, 1921, linked Hawaiian Crown lands, Hawaiian royal lands to homesteads that lodge Native Hawaiians from the Kingdom of Hawaii. It mandated perhaps about 200,000 acres (810 square kilometers) as a federal government-monitored land trust meant for Native Americans to make into single-family, small-plot, traditional-crop homesteads. Anahola-Kamalomalo, Auwaiolimu-Kalawahine-Kewalo-Papakolea, Hanapēpē, Hoolehua-Palaau, Honokaia, Honokōhau, Honomu-Kuhua, Humuula, Kahikinui, Kalamaula, Kalaoa, Kalaupapa, Kamaoa-Puueo, Kamiloloa, Kamoku-Kapulena, Kaniohale, Kapa’a, Kapaakea, Kapālama and Kapolei number among Hawaiian Home Lands.
Kaumana, Kawaihae, Ke’anae, Kealakehe, Keaukaha, Kekaha, Keoniki, Kula, Lāhainā, Lalamilo, Lualualei, Makakupia, Makuu, Mōʻiliʻili, Moloaa, Nānākuli, Nienie, Olaa, Panaewa, Pauahi and Paukukalo offer Hawaiian Home Lands.

Waianae (from Hawaiian wai 'anae, "water mullet [flathead gray mullet commonly, 'ama'ama locally, Mugil cephalus scientifically]") allies with perhaps 60 other census-designated places as Hawaiian Home Lands. And yet it amasses the Hawaiian islands' amplest homeless and Native Hawaiian homeless populations; Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, 11:15, image of beach park on makai (ocean) side of Farrington Highway, northwest of Waianae, northwestern extremes of O'ahu: InSapphoWeTrust from Los Angeles, California, USA, CC BY SA 2.0 Generic, via Wikimedia Commons

Ponohawai, Princess Kahanu Estates Association, Puukapu, Puʻunēnē, Puna, Shafter Flats, Ualapue, Ulupalakua, Wai’anae, Waiʻōhinu, Waiākea, Waiehu, Waikoloa-Waialeale, Wailau, Wailua, Wailuā and Wailuku provide Hawaiian Home Lands.
Wailuku, Waimānalo, Waimanu and Waimea, like the above-mentioned census-designated places, quarter Hawaiian Home Lands even as 29,000 to 40,000 Native Hawaiians queue homelessly year after year. Hawaii recognized as 50th Unitedstatesian state Aug. 21, 1959, resulted in primary responsibility for home-land trust resting since 1960 with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. The state agency showcases, as everything governmental in the Hawaiian islands, a Hawaiian name, Ka ʻOihana ʻĀina Hoʻopulapula Hawaiʻi even as waiting lists stay the same.
The Republic, the Territory and the State of Hawaii treasure Hawaiian lands that nevertheless less violent, paperwork chaos than in Charlie Foxtrot on Magnum PI threatens.
